R & H Surveyors Ltd is a multi disciplinary surveying practice, established in 2007.
Paul J King BSc(Hons) MRICS
I am a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer
My surveying career began with an HNC in Land Administration.
Subsequently, I gained my professional qualification in 1998, gaining two prizes along the way, one in Statutory Valuations and the other in Legal Procedures.
I am currently an Honours Member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation – IRRV (Hons)
Other qualifications include
- NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management Certificate.
- Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management – CRLM
- BSc(Hons) in Building Control Engineering
- Diploma in Insurance Claims Handling – Dip CILA
I have worked both in private practice as a general practice surveyor and in the fire service as a Building Fire Safety Inspector
Joanne King BEd(Hons)
Jo is the practice manager and has a Bachelor of Education degree. She had a long career in teaching before turning her hand to property consultancy work and she now specialises in leasehold management.
