Paul J King BSc(Hons) MRICS MIFireE- Chartered Surveyor & RICS Registered Valuer
I am a general practice surveyor with a passion for fire safety.
My surveying career began with an HNC in Land Administration. Following on from this I gained my professional qualification in 1998 through the General Practice route of the ISVA gaining two prizes along the way, one in Statutory Valuations and the other in Legal Procedures. I am currently a RICS Registered Valuer and hold the alternative designation of Chartered Valuation Surveyor
In 2002 I completed the Membership exams of the Institution of Fire Engineers (MIFireE) and in 2004 I gained a degree in Building Control Engineering. Other qualifications include the NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management Certificate. I also hold the Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management (CRLM) qualification.
I have worked both in private practice as a general practice surveyor and in the fire service as a Building Fire Safety Inspector
Joanne King BEd(Hons)
Jo is the practice manager and has a Bachelor of Education degree. She had a long career in teaching before turning her hand to property consultancy work and she now specialises in leasehold management.
