Surveys Our surveyor is a Chartered Member (MRICS) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We offer Level 2 HomeSurvey Reports and Level 3 BuildingSurvey Reports

Fire Risk Assessments We perform fire risk assessments for all kinds of buildings and we can also review your existing fire risk assessments to make sure they meet the necessary standards. Our fire risk assessor is fully qualified and has worked in the fire service auditing properties to check for compliance with the Fire Safety Order. 

Insurance reinstatement Assessments We can work out the cost of insuring your home, block of flats or business. It is particularly important to keep your sum insured under review especially in this inflation prone environment where building costs seem to be rising quickly.
